WHAT IS HATHA?
Hatha yoga is defined by Wickapedia as a kind of yoga focusing on physical and mental strength building exercises and postures. It is what most people think of when they think of yoga.  
WHAT IS VINYASA?
Vinyasa yoga takes the yoga postures and links them together into a flow that keeps the body moving continually from posture to posture. This type of yoga gets the heart beat up and creates heat. 
WHAT IS IYENGAR? 
Iyengar is a type of yoga that has a focus on detail, precision, and alignment and whose goal is strength, stability, and mobility in the body. 
WHAT IS RESTORATIVE?

YOUR BODY IS CONTINUALLY SEEKING A STATE OF BALANCE...HOMEOSTASIS. BUT YOUR BODY CAN ONLY WORK TOWARD THIS BALANCE WHEN IT IS IN A STATE OF RELAXATION, WHICH IS WHAT A RESTORATIVE YOGA CLASS PROVIDES. BY ACTIVATING THE PARASYMPATHETIC NERVOUS SYSTEM, RESTORATIVE YOGA ALLOWS THE BODY TO RETURN TO IT’S HEALTHY BALANCE. 

A RESTORATIVE YOGA CLASS CONSISTS OF A NUMBER OF POSES THAT ARE EFFORTLESS AND IN WHICH THE BODY IS SUPPORTED BY PROPS AND BLANKETS SO THAT IT CAN FALL INTO DEEP RELAXATION.
